NEW Strength Cycle Kicks off January 5th
We’re beyond excited to kick off the New Year with our 12-week strength cycle focused on building real, sustainable strength while sharpening your barbell skills.
What we’re training:
▫️Back Squat
▫️Shoulder Press
▫️Deadlift
▫️Barbell cycling in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk — all programmed to be beginner-friendly while still challenging our seasoned lifters.
Why this cycle matters:
This is the perfect reset after the holidays. You’ll ease back into a strong, consistent rhythm, build confidence under the bar, and lay an incredible foundation for comp season, without burnout.
We’ll start with lighter, controlled lifts and gradually build intensity over the weeks, so you get stronger the right way.
